Returns & Refunds Policy
Our commitment to quality and your satisfaction. Please read our returns policy carefully.
Because our products are cosmetic and personal care items, we must follow UK hygiene regulations regarding returns. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exclude "goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery."
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Lip glosses
- Lip scrubs
- Lip oil
- Any other product that has been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery
You may return a product only if:
- It arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect; and
- You contact us within 2-3 days of receiving your order and confirmation of shipping details
Important: Returned items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
To start a return, please email sharon@shazbeauty.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review your claim and provide return instructions if applicable.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email sharon@shazbeauty.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been processed. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
